Pre-natal massage can reduce the strain and swelling from pregnancy. This can increase relaxation and relieve emotional tension.

Lymph Drainage is a safe and gentle technique used to stimulate lymph flow and break up congestion. This will reduce swelling and improve immune system function.

Auriculotherapy is acupressure for the ears. This is a natural and non-invasive method of treating various emotional and physical conditions. Small earseeds are placed on various nerve ending points which communicate directly with the brain.

About Renee Trawny, L.M.T.
Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Holistic Health Coach
Renee has been practicing massage for over 20 years. Upon completion of her degrees in Nutrition and Exercise Science, she completed her schooling in massage therapy while specializing in Sports Massage. She taught massage therapy and personal training students for 6 years and completed her holistic health coach training.
Besides teaching massage, Renee has worked at spas, chiropractic offices, and massage studios. She has worked with every level of athlete such as: Little League, Collegiate, semi-pro, professional, tri-athletes, and Olympians.
Her many years of experience with pre- and post-natal; as well as manual lymph drainage, has enabled Renee to provide effective and intuitive treatments.
She is passionate about assisting her clients in reducing inflammation and providing effective, therapeutic body treatments.
